1 pl. *Caster sugar
1 sáček *Dried baker's yeast
250 g *Special pastry flour
40 g *Olive oil
5 g *Fine salt
1 pl. *Parsley
2 strou. *Garlic
20 g *Grated Parmesan cheese
1 čl *Flower of salt

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Mix the water, sugar and yeast in a recipient. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.

*Place the flour, water/sugar/yeast mixture, half the oil, half the garlic, salt and parsley in a recipient. Knead for 3 mins.

*The dough will remain a little sticky. Place the dough in the lightly floured bowl.

*Leave the dough to rise.

*On a floured table, make 8 flaps with the dough. Shape into 40 g balls.

*Lightly oil the bowl and place the balls inside.

*Sprinkle the balls with Parmesan, fleur de sel and the other half of the garlic. Brush with the remaining oil.
