  • 40 g Drained sweetcorn

  • 150 g Flavoured chopped tomatoes

  • 0.5 čl Mexican spices

  • 2 2 Mexican tortillas

  • 30 g Grated Emmental

This recipe requires the Extra Crisp lid. Prepare the ingredients.

  • 1pl. Sunflower oil
  • 0.5 Onion, chopped
  • 0.5 Red pepper
  • 50g Dried kidney beans
  • 40g Drained sweetcorn
  • 150g Flavoured chopped tomatoes
  • 0.5pl. Tomato paste
  • 0.5čl Mexican spices
  • 2 2 Mexican tortillas
  • 30g Grated Emmental

Pour the oil, onion and pepper into the pan.

  • 1pl. Sunflower oil
  • 0.5 Onion, chopped
  • 0.5 Red pepper

Fry for about 2 minutes.

Add the beans, sweetcorn, cornflakes, concentrate and spices.

  • 50g Dried kidney beans
  • 40g Drained sweetcorn
  • 150g Flavoured chopped tomatoes
  • 0.5pl. Tomato paste
  • 0.5čl Mexican spices

Fry for about 6 minutes.

Garnish the tortillas. Place them in the pan and add the grated Emmental cheese.

  • 30g Grated Emmental

Switch off the Cookeo. Put the Extra Crisp lid on and set it to N°2 for 10 minutes.
