*Prepare the ingredients.

• 1l *Long-life whole milk
• 1sáček *Starter cultures
• 1čl *Salt
• 50cl *Sparkling water

*Pour the milk and starter cultures into a mixing bowl. Mix gently.

*Pour it into a cake mould.

*Pour 100 ml of water into the bowl.

*Place the mould in the steam basket in the bowl.

*Cook the yoghurts.

*Remove the mould. Place in the fridge. Whisk the yoghurt with the salt and sparkling water. Serve in a carafe.
