  • 100 g *Caster sugar

  • 3 *Egg

  • 50 g *Flour

  • 75 g *Hazelnut powder

  • 50 g *Almond powder

  • 1 čl *Baking powder

*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 135g *Dark chocolate
  • 135g *Butter
  • 100g *Caster sugar
  • 3 *Egg
  • 50g *Flour
  • 75g *Hazelnut powder
  • 50g *Almond powder
  • 1čl *Baking powder

*Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave.

  • 135g *Dark chocolate
  • 135g *Butter

*Add the sugar and eggs and whisk to combine.

  • 100g *Caster sugar
  • 3 *Egg

*Add the flour, hazelnuts, almonds and baking powder and stir until smooth.

  • 50g *Flour
  • 75g *Hazelnut powder
  • 50g *Almond powder
  • 1čl *Baking powder

*Butter a cake tin (18 cm in diameter and 7 cm high) and line the base with greaseproof paper. Pour in the mixture.

*Pour 40 cl of water into the bowl. Place the mould in the Airfry basket.
