4 g *Dried baker's yeast
280 g *Special pastry flour
15 g *Vegetable oil
1 *Egg
3 g *Fine salt
40 g *Butter

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Mix the milk, sugar and yeast in a recipient. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.

*Place the flour, milk/sugar/yeast mixture, oil, egg and salt in a recipient. Knead for 3 mins. Add the butter. Knead for 2 minutes.

*Place the ball of dough in the lightly floured bowl.

*Leave the dough to rise.

*Place the dough on a floured table and make 10 flaps, forming a ball. Place the ball in the lightly floured bowl.

*Brush the brioche with the egg yolk/milk mixture.
